摘要
目的 探讨临床行心瓣膜置换术期间应用优质护理干预后对患者手术情况的影响。方法 以随
机形式抽取两组共 60 例在我院 2021 年 1 月-2022 年 9 月期间行心瓣膜置换术治疗的患者进行本次研究。针
对研究组患者行优质护理，参照组患者行常规护理，两组均 30 例，对两组治疗相关指标、SAS、SDS 评分、
并发症及护理满意度情况统计后对比。结果 ① SAS、SDS 评分在护理前两组均值未见明显差异，对比结
果 P＞0.05，统计学研究不成立；护理后各组各项均值比对，研究组具有优势性（P＜0.05）。② 手术期患者
呼吸机时间、ICU 监护时间、住院时间两组数值对比研究组用时更短，差异明显（P＜0.05）。③ 护理满意
度以研究组显高，参照组偏低（P＜0.05）。结论 在行心瓣膜置换术期间应用优质护理干预可显著提升手术
室护理质量，患者负性情绪有明显改善，同时围术期临床指标提升，有利于治疗效果，缩短住院时间，且
达到患者满意与认可，值得推荐、广泛应用。

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing intervention on patients' operation
situation during clinical heart valve replacement. Methods A total of 60 patients in the two groups who underwent
heart valve replacement in our hospital from January 2021 to September 2022 were randomly selected for this study.
Patients in the study group received high quality nursing, while patients in the reference group received routine
nursing, with 30 cases in both groups. Treatment-related indicators, SAS, SDS scores, complications and nursing
satisfaction of the two groups were statistically compared. Results ① There was no significant difference in SAS
and SDS scores between the two groups before nursing, and the comparison result was P > 0.05. After nursing, the
mean values of each group were compared, and the study group had the advantage (P < 0.05). ② The ventilator
time, ICU monitoring time and hospital stay time of patients in the operation period were shorter in the two groups
than in the study group, and the differences were significant (P < 0.05). ③ Nursing satisfaction was higher in the
study group than in the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion s The application of high quality nursing
intervention during heart valve replacement can significantly improve the quality of nursing in the operating room,
patients' negative emotions are significantly improved, and perioperative clinical indicators are improved, which is
conducive to the treatment effect, shorten the length of hospital stay, and achieve patient satisfaction and
recognition, which is worthy of recommendation and wide application.
