评价布地奈德雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿急性喉炎期间配合优质护理干预的效果

摘要

目的 探究布地奈德雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿急性喉炎期间配合优质护理干预的临床效果和使用 价值。方法 选取我院收治的小儿急性喉炎行布地奈德雾化吸入辅助治疗患者 64 例，将其按照随机分组法 的分为对照组（32 例，使用常规护理）和观察组（32 例，使用优质护理）。对两组的护理效果进行分析。 结果 两组患者在接受护理后均取得一定效果，但观察组在采用优质护理后，其症状消失时间、不良反应发 生率、患者依从性均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在小儿急性喉炎患者护理过程中， 采用优质护理配合布地奈德雾化吸入能取得较佳的效果，可加快其症状消失时间，减少不良反应的出现， 提高其依从性。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effect and use value of high-quality nursing intervention during the auxiliary treatment of acute laryngitis in children with budesonide aerosol inhalation.
Methods 64 cases of children with acute laryngitis treated by budesonide aerosol inhalation in our hospital were randomly divided into control group (32 cases, using routine nursing) and observation group (32 cases, using high-quality nursing). The nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed.
Results The two groups of patients have achieved certain results after receiving nursing care, but the observation group has better symptom disappearance time, adverse reaction rate and patient compliance than the control group after using high-quality nursing care, and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the nursing process of children with acute laryngitis, high-quality nursing combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation can achieve better results, accelerate the disappearance of symptoms, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, and improve their compliance.
