Analysis of early antiemetic nursing intervention for breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy
早期止吐护理干预对乳腺癌化疗患者的干预分析

摘要

目的 实验将针对乳腺癌化疗患者实施早期止吐护理干预，分析干预成效。方法 针对 60 例乳 腺癌化疗患者为对象，样本来源于 2021 年 4 月至 2022 年 4 月就诊的患者，按照时间划分两个对比组，对 照组为常规干预，观察组为早期止吐护理干预，对比干预成果。结果 从数据可见，观察组的呕吐、恶心反 应比对照组强烈，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 采用早期止吐护理干预对于乳腺癌化疗患者，有助于 改善其恶心、呕吐的情况，提升患者耐受度，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective The experiment will implement early antiemetic nursing intervention for breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, and analyze the effect of intervention.
Methods A total of 60 breast cancer patients with chemotherapy were selected as the object, and the samples were collected from patients who were treated from April 2021 to April 2022. According to the time, the patients were divided into two comparison groups: the control group received routine intervention, and the observation group received early antiemetic nursing intervention.
Results According to the data, the vomiting and nausea reaction of the observation group was stronger than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The use of early antiemetic nursing intervention for breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy can help to improve their nausea and vomiting, and improve patients' tolerance, which is worthy of promotion.
