Effect of individualized nursing care on patients with digestive endoscopy
个性化护理在消化内镜诊疗患者中的效果

摘要

目的 观察在对消化内镜诊疗患者进行护理的过程中将个性化护理干预开展运用的作用。方法 遵照纳入病例对比护理观察的方式开展探究，共计选入患者 70 例，开展时间为 2021 年 3 月至 2022 年 5 月， 遵照双盲法原理均分为对照组（35 例，诊疗期间开展常规护理）和观察组（35 例，给与个性化护理），分 析护理效果间差异。结果 对比两组在诊疗期间配合度，观察组高于对照组，P<0.05。分析两组诊疗期间心 理状态，干预前无差异，P>0.05，干预后观察组优于对照组，P<0.05。对比两组护理满意度以及舒适度，观 察组高于对照组，P<0.05。结论 在对消化内镜诊疗患者提供护理服务的过程中及时开展个性化护理，可以 对患者在诊疗期间心理状态进行改善，提升患者诊疗配合度，更可以有效增加患者的舒适度并提升其对护 理工作满意度。

Abstract

Objective To observe the role of individualized nursing intervention in the process of nursing care for patients with digestive endoscopy.
Methods According to the way of case comparison nursing observation, 70 patients were selected and carried out from March 2021 to May 2022. According to the principle of double blind method, they were divided into the control group (35 cases, regular nursing during diagnosis and treatment) and the observation group (35 cases, personalized nursing), and the differences between nursing effects were analyzed.
Results The cooperation degree of the two groups during diagnosis and treatment was higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). Analysis of the psychological status during diagnosis and treatment showed that there was no difference between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05). After intervention, the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05). Compared the nursing satisfaction and comfort of the two groups, the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the process of providing nursing services for patients with digestive endoscopy, timely personalized nursing can improve the psychological status of patients during diagnosis and treatment, enhance the cooperation of patients with diagnosis and treatment, and effectively increase the comfort of patients and enhance their satisfaction with nursing work.
