探讨肺癌化疗恶心呕吐患者护理中引入无呕病房护理干预的具体措施及效果

摘要

目的 分析在对肺哎化疗恶心呕吐患者进行护理的过程中提供无呕病房护理干预的作用。方法 结合对比护理观察的方式开展探究，共计纳入患者 72例，开展时间为 2021年 3 月至 2022 年 5 月，按照双 盲法均分对照组（36 例，常规护理）和观察组（36例，开展无呕病房护理干预），分析两组护理干预效果。 结果 结合对两组患者恶心生活功能量表（FLIE 量表）进行评分，在恶心、呕吐方面，在干预前两组无差异， P>0.05，干预后，观察组明显优于对照组，P<0.05。对比两组恢复期间生存质量，观察组同样优于对照组， P<0.05。结论 在对肺癌化疗恶心呕吐患者进行护理的过程中开展无呕病房护理干预，可以促使患者恶心、 呕吐症状得到有效改善，并提升患者的生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the role of nursing intervention in non vomiting ward in the process of nursing the patients with nausea and vomiting after lung cancer chemotherapy.
Methods Combined with the way of comparative nursing observation, 72 patients were included in the study, which was carried out from March 2021 to May 2022. According to the double blind method, the control group （ 36 cases, routine nursing ） and the observation group （36 cases, nursing intervention in non nausea ward） were equally divided, and the effect of nursing intervention in the two groups was analyzed.
Results According to the score of FLIE, there was no difference in nausea and vomiting between the two groups before intervention （P>0.05）. After intervention, the observation group was significantly better than the control group （P<0.05）. Compared with the quality of life of the two groups during recovery, the observation group was also better than the control group （ P<0.05 ） .
Conclusion   In the process of nursing patients with chemotherapy nausea and vomiting of lung cancer, nursing intervention in non nausea ward can effectively improve the symptoms of nausea and vomiting of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients.
