健康教育在小儿哮喘临床护理中的价值探析

摘要

目的 探究分析健康教育在小儿哮喘临床护理中的价值。方法 选取于 2020 年 2 月至 2021 年 12 月,我院收治的哮喘患儿共 100 例,作为本次研究对象。根据患儿的入院序列数为基础,采用随机数字 分组的方式,将 100 例患儿随机分为对照组以及观察组。对照组采用常规护理模式进行干预,观察组在对 照组的基础上采用健康教育的护理模式进行干预。对比分析对照组以及观察组患儿家属对于疾病知识的掌 握率以及护理过程中的依从性。结果 经护理干预后,观察组在患儿家属对于疾病知识的掌握率以及护理过 程中的依从性方面明显优于对照组,其中(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论 在对哮喘患儿进行干预 的过程中,采用常规护理结合健康教育的护理模式进行干预,能够显著提升患儿家属对于疾病知识的掌握 率以及护理过程中的依从性,在实际应用的过程中具有优良的效果,值得进一步的推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the value of health education in the clinical nursing of children with asthma.
Methods A total of 100 asthmatic children from February 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study. Based on the number of admission sequences, 100 children were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was intervened with conventional nursing mode, while the observation group was intervened with health education nursing mode on the basis of the control group. The control group and the observation group's family members' mastery rate of disease knowledge and compliance in the nursing process were compared and analyzed.
Results After nursing intervention, the observation group was significantly better than the control group in terms of the mastering rate of disease knowledge and the compliance in the nursing process of the children's family members, of which the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion  s In the process of intervention for children with asthma, using the nursing mode of combining routine nursing with health education to intervene can significantly improve the children's family members' mastery rate of disease knowledge and compliance in the nursing process, which has excellent effects in the practical application process, and is worthy of further promotion and application.
