全面护理在微创手术治疗小儿疝气围术期护理中的价值

摘要

目的 探究分析全面护理在微创手术治疗小儿疝气围术期护理中的价值。方法 选取于 2020 年 1 月至 2021 年 12 月，我院收治的小儿疝气患儿共 80 例，作为本次研究对象。根据患者的入院序列数为基 础，采用随机数字分组的方式，将 80 例患儿随机分为对照组以及观察组。对照组采用常规护理模式进行干 预；观察组采用全面护理模式进行干预。对比分析对照组以及观察组的护理满意度；并发症发生率以及疼 痛程度。结果 经护理干预后，观察组在护理满意度；并发症发生率以及疼痛程度方面明显优于对照组，其 中（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论 在对接受微创手术干预的疝气患儿进行护理的过程中，采用全 面护理模式进行干预，能够有效提升护理满意度，同时能够显著降低患儿的疼痛程度以及并发症发生率， 在实际应用的过程中具有优良的效果，值得进一步的推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the value of comprehensive nursing in the perioperative nursing of minimally invasive surgery for children's hernia.
Methods A total of 80 children with hernia admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study. Based on the number of admission sequences, 80 children were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was intervened with conventional nursing mode; The observation group was intervened with comprehensive nursing mode. The nursing satisfaction of the control group and the observation group was compared and analyzed; The incidence of complications and the degree of pain.
Results After nursing intervention, the observation group was satisfied with nursing; The incidence of complications and the degree of pain in the control group were significantly better than those in the control group (P＜0.05).
Conclusion   In the process of nursing children with hernia who received minimally invasive surgery intervention, the comprehensive nursing model can effectively improve the satisfaction of nursing, and can significantly reduce the degree of pain and the incidence of complications in children. It has excellent effect in the process of practical application, and is worth further promotion and application.
