Analysis of the influence of strengthening cognitive nursing on patients with coronary heart disease
强化认知护理对冠心病患者的影响分析

摘要

目的 探究分析强化认知护理对冠心病患者的影响。方法 选取于 2020 年 1 月至 2021 年 12 月， 我院收治的冠心病患者共 200 例，作为本次研究对象。根据患者的入院序列数为基础，采用随机数字分组 的方式，将 200 例患者随机分为对照组以及观察组。对照组采用常规护理模式进行干预；观察组采用强化 认知护理模式进行干预。对比分析对照组以及观察组的疾病相关知识掌握情况以及患者心理状况。结果 经 护理干预后，观察组在相关知识掌握情况以及患者心理状况方面明显优于对照组，其中（P＜0.05），差异 具有统计学意义。结论 在对冠心病患者进行护理的过程中，采用强化认知护理模式对患者进行干预，能够 有效的改善患者的心理状况，同时能够显著提升患者对于疾病相关知识的掌握情况。在实际应用的过程中 具有优良的效果，值得进一步的推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the influence of intensive cognitive nursing on patients with coronary heart disease.
Methods: A total of 200 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study. Based on the number of admission sequences of patients, 200patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group by random number grouping. The control group was intervened with conventional nursing mode; The observation group was intervened with intensive cognitive nursing mode. Comparative analysis of the control group and the observation group of disease related knowledge and mental status of patients.
Results: After nursing intervention, the observation group was significantly better than the control group in terms of the mastery of relevant knowledge and the psychological status of patients, among which the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : In the process of nursing the patients with coronary heart disease, using the intensive cognitive nursing model to intervene the patients can effectively improve the patients' psychological status, and can significantly improve the patients' mastery of disease related knowledge. In the process of practical application, it has excellent effect and is worth further promotion and application.
