Nursing analysis of insulin pump in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus
综合护理干预在胰岛素泵治疗 2 型糖尿病患者中的作用

摘要

目的 分析 2 型糖尿病胰岛素泵治疗用综合护理干预的效果。方法 对 2020 年 10 月-2022 年 9 月本科接诊 2 型糖尿病病人（n=94）进行随机分组，试验组和对照组各 47 人，前者胰岛素泵治疗期间采取 综合护理，后者行常规护理。对比血糖等指标。结果 关于胰岛素用药量和血糖恢复时间，试验组数据分别 是（32.68±6.54）U/d、（6.31±0.97）d，明显优于对照组数据（42.78±9.67）U/d、（9.71±1.19）d（P＜0.05）。 至于空腹血糖与餐后 2h 血糖这两个指标：试验组数据比对照组低（P＜0.05）。关于满意度，试验组数据 97.87%，和对照组数据 82.98%相比更高（P＜0.05）。关于 sf-36 评分：干预结束时，试验组数据（87.34±3.92） 分，和对照组数据（80.15±4.64）分相比更高（P＜0.05）。结论 胰岛素泵治疗期间，对 2 型糖尿病病人用 综合护理，效果显著，血糖水平降低更加明显，满意度提升更为迅速。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus insulin pump.
Methods From October 2020 to September 2022, 94 patients (n=94) with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 47 patients in each group. The former received comprehensive nursing during insulin pump treatment, while the latter received routine nursing. Compare blood sugar and other indicators.
Results The insulin dosage and blood glucose recovery time in the experimental group were (32.68±6.54) U/d and (6.31±0.97) d, respectively, which were significantly better than those in the control group (42.78±9.67) U/d and (9.71±1.19) d (P < 0.05). As for fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose, the data of experimental group were lower than those of control group (P < 0.05). In terms of satisfaction, 97.87% of the experimental group was higher than 82.98% of the control group (P < 0.05). Regarding the sf-36 score, at the end of the intervention, the score of the experimental group (87.34±3.92） was higher than that of the control group (80.15±4.64) (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   During the treatment of insulin pump, comprehensive nursing for type 2 diabetic patients has significant effect, blood glucose level is reduced more obviously, and satisfaction is improved more rapidly.
