摘要
目的 分析探讨康复护理模式对冠心病心衰患者心功能的干预效果。方法 选取我院 2018 年
-2020 年接收治疗冠心病心衰患者 400 例为观察对象，随机将其分为观察组与对照组，其中对照组采用常规
护理模式，观察组采用康复护理模式，将两组患者护理前后心功能改善情况以及最终护理效果进行比较。
结果 两组患者护理后的心功能指标均比治疗前有改善，观察组的心功能指标要优于对照组，护理总有效率
高于对照组，数据对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 康复护理模式对冠心病心衰患者心功能改善效
果明显，能够有效促进患者心功能恢复，进一步提高临床疗效，恢复患者身体指标，值得推广与应用于临
床护理中。

Abstract
Objective To analyze and discuss the intervention effect of rehabilitation nursing mode on heart
function of patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure. Methods 400 patients with coronary heart disease
and heart failure who were treated in our hospital from 2018 to 2020 were selected as the observation objects, and
they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group adopted the
conventional nursing mode, and the observation group adopted the rehabilitation nursing mode. The improvement
of cardiac function and the final nursing effect of the two groups of patients before and after nursing were
compared. Results The cardiac function indexes of the two groups after nursing were improved compared with
those before treatment. The cardiac function indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control
group, and the total effective rate of nursing was higher than that of the control group. There was a statistically
significant difference in data comparison (P<0.05). Conclusion The rehabilitation nursing mode has obvious effect
on improving the cardiac function of patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure. It can effectively
promote the recovery of patients' cardiac function, further improve the clinical efficacy, and restore patients'
physical indicators. It is worth promoting and applying in clinical nursing.
