优质护理对类风湿性关节炎患者生活质量的影响探析

摘要

目的 探究分析优质护理对类风湿性关节炎患者生活质量的影响。方法 选取于 2020 年 1 月至 2021 年 1 月，我院收治的类风湿性关节炎患者共 100 例，作为本次研究对象。根据患者的入院序列数为基 础，采用随机数字分组的方式，将 100 例患者随机分为对照组以及观察组。对照组采用常规护理模式进行 干预；观察组采用优质护理模式进行干预。对比分析对照组以及观察组的护理满意度；生活质量以及护理 效果。结果 经护理干预后，观察组在护理满意度；生活质量以及护理效果方面明显优于对照组，其中（P ＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论 在对类风湿性关节炎患者进行护理的过程中，采用优质护理模式进 行干预，能够有效改善患者的生活质量以及护理满意度，同时能够有效提升护理效果，在实际应用的过程 中具有优良的效果，值得进一步的推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the influence of high-quality nursing on the quality of life of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
Methods A total of 100 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study. Based on the number of admission sequences of patients, 100 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group by random number grouping. The control group was intervened with conventional nursing mode; The observation group was intervened with high-quality nursing mode. The nursing satisfaction of the control group and the observation group was compared and analyzed; Quality of life and nursing effect.
Results After nursing intervention, the observation group was satisfied with nursing; The quality of life and nursing effect were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the process of nursing patients with rheumatoid arthritis, using high-quality nursing mode to intervene can effectively improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients, and at the same time can effectively improve the nursing effect. It has excellent results in the process of practical application, which is worthy of further promotion and application.
