Nursing Experience of Treating Peripheral Facial Paralysis with TCM Characteristic Therapy
中医特色疗法治疗周围性面瘫的护理体会

摘要

目的 本研究为有效改善周围性面瘫患者的临床症状，提高临床治疗效果，对中医特色疗法 在周围性面瘫的治疗中的护理效果作进一步研究，为临床提供参考依据。方法 研究筛选出共 60 例于 2021 年 1月-2021 年 12 月期间在本院确诊治疗的周围性面瘫患者作为研究对象，按按组间基本资料匹配原则平 均分为对照组（n=30例）和观察组（n=30例）。结果 统计研究表明，两组患者在采取不同的护理方法后， 通过中医特色疗法护理干预的观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，患者满意度更高，组间数据统计， 差异具有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论 分析表明，中医特色疗法在周围性面瘫治疗中的护理效果显著，有 效改善患者临床症状，可提高患者生活质量，有较高的临床应用价值，推广意义存在，建议提倡。

Abstract

Objective In order to effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with peripheral facial paralysis and improve the clinical treatment effect, this study further studied the nursing effect of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic therapy in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis, and provided a reference for clinical practice.
Methods A total of 60 patients with peripheral facial paralysis who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into the control group (n=30 cases) and the observation group (n=30 cases) according to the principle of matching basic data between groups.
Results The statistical study showed that after the two groups of patients adopted different nursing methods, the total effective rate of patients in the observation group through nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic therapy was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the patient satisfaction was higher. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The analysis shows that the nursing effect of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic therapy in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis is significant, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, have a high clinical application value, and it is recommended to promote.
