心理护理联合健康教育对焦虑症患者心理康复的应用效果分析

摘要

目的 实验将针对焦虑症患者实施康复指导,重点分析心理护理联合健康教育,优化治疗方案。 方法 针对 80 例焦虑症患者为对象,样本来源于 2021 年 6 月,截止为 2022 年 5 月前来的患者,按照时间 划分两个对比组,对照组为健康教育指导,观察组为心理护理联合健康教育,对比治疗成果。结果 从数据 可见,观察组患者在生活质量改观上优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,观察组患者的心理 社会适应能力各个维度得分结果较优,和对照组相比下,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用心理护理 联合健康教育对于焦虑症患者,有助于改善其焦虑情绪,提升生活水准,正视疾病,具有临床值得推广。

Abstract

Objective The experiment will implement rehabilitation guidance for anxiety patients, focus on the analysis of psychological nursing combined health education, and optimize the treatment plan.
Methods For 80 patients with anxiety disorders, the sample was obtained from June 2021, and as of May 2022 for patients, two comparison groups were divided according to the time, the control group was health education guidance, the observation group was psychological nursing combined health education, and the treatment results were compared.
Results According to the data, the patients in the observation group were more significant (P <0.05). At the same time, the patients in the observation group were better, which was statistically significant compared with the control group (P <0.05).
Conclusion   Using psychological nursing and combined health education can help to improve their anxiety mood, improve their living standard, and face up to the disease, which is worth promoting clinically.
