人性化护理在慢性咽炎护理中的作用

摘要

目的 分析慢性咽炎护理中人性化护理的干预效果。方法 选取我院近 3 年（2018 年 8 月-2021 年 9 月）收治的慢性咽炎患者 86 例，回顾临床资料。将实施人性化护理的 43 例患者作为观察组，将实施 常规护理的 43 例患者作为对照组。观察两组护理效果。结果 观察组平均炎症消失时间更短，口腔溃疡发 生率更低，护理满意度更高，与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 通过给予人性化护理干预， 可有效促进慢性咽炎患者炎症的消退，避免病情反复发作，同时该护理模式还能在一定程度上改善患者生 活质量，提升护理满意度，临床应用价值确切。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of humanized nursing intervention in chronic pharyngitis nursing.
Methods A total of 86 patients with chronic pharyngitis admitted to our hospital in recent 3 years (from August 2018 to September 2021) were selected and the clinical data were reviewed. A total of 43 patients with humanized nursing were taken as the observation group, and 43 patients with routine nursing were taken as the control group. Observe the nursing effect of two groups.
Results The average time of inflammation disappearance in the observation group was shorter, the incidence of oral ulcer was lower, and the satisfaction of nursing was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion  s Humanized nursing intervention can effectively promote the regression of inflammation in patients with chronic pharyngitis and avoid recurrent attacks of the disease. At the same time, this nursing model can also improve the quality of life of patients to a certain extent, improve nursing satisfaction, and has definite clinical application value.
