Analysis of the nursing treatment of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in respiratory medicine
浅析呼吸内科应用纤维支气管镜的护理

摘要

目的 分析呼吸内科纤维支气管镜的有效护理措施与价值。方法 2021 年 9 月-2022 年 8 月本院 呼吸内科接诊纤维支气管镜治疗病人 76 名，随机均分 2 组。试验组采取综合护理，对照组行常规护理。对 比并发症等指标。结果 关于 SDS 和 SAS 评分，干预结束时：试验组数据分别是（31.28±3.68）分、（33.25±3.97） 分，和对照组数据（44.27±4.19）分、（45.68±4.04）分相比更低（P＜0.05）。至于并发症这个指标：试验组 发生率 2.63%，和对照组数据 18.42%相比更低（P＜0.05）。至于护理质量这个指标：试验组数据（98.52±0.96） 分，和对照组数据（93.14±1.57）分相比更高（P＜0.05）。关于住院时间：试验组数据（6.18±1.25）d，和 对照组数据（8.04±1.39）d 相比更短（P＜0.05）。关于满意度，试验组数据 97.37%，和对照组数据 78.95% 相比更高（P＜0.05）。结论 呼吸内科纤维支气管镜治疗用综合护理，并发症发生率更低，住院时间更短， 护理质量更好，负性情绪缓解更为迅速，满意度改善更加明显。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effective nursing measures and value of fiber bronchoscope in respiratory medicine.
Methods From September 2021 to August 2022,76 bronchoscopy patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. The trial group took comprehensive care, and the control group underwent routine care. Compare the complications and other indicators.
Results For SDS and SAS scores, at the end of the intervention: (31.28 ± 3.68), (33.25 ± 3.97) scores, and controls were lower than (44.27 ± 4.19), (45.68 ± 4.04) scores, respectively (P <0.05). As for complications, the incidence of the trial group was 2.63%, which was lower than the 18.42% of the control group (P <0.05). As for the quality of care, the test group data (98.52 ± 0.96) score was higher than the control group data (93.14 ± 1.57) score (P <0.05). For length of stay: test group data (6.18 ± 1.25) d and control group data (8.04 ± 1.39) were shorter (P <0.05) than d. Regarding satisfaction, the test group data was 97.37%, much higher than 78.95% (P <0.05).
Conclusion   Comprehensive nursing for fiberbronchoscopy treatment of respiratory medicine has lower complication rate, shorter hospital stay, better nursing quality, more rapid negative mood relief, and more obvious satisfaction improvement.
