Effect of fast track surgical nursing in perioperative period of laparoscopic cholecystectomy
腹腔镜胆囊切除术围术期快速康复外科护理效果分析

摘要

目的 实验将针对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者实施治疗，重点分析围术期快速康复外科护理的应用 成效。方法 针对 80 例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者为对象，样本来源于 2020 年 1 月，截止为 2021 年 12 月前来 的患者，按照时间划分两个对比组，对照组为常规围术期护理，观察组为围术期快速康复外科护理，对比 治疗成果。结果 从数据可见，两组患者的术后恢复情况存在差异，观察组优于对照组，具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。同时，患者血清指标对比中，观察组在 C 反应蛋白，白细胞介素-6 以及去甲肾上腺素水平上， 均改善更为明显，差异显著（P＜0.05）。最后，在护理满意评价中，观察组对护理工作的认可度高于对照 组，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 采用围术期快速康复外科护理对于腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者，有助于患者病 情的早日康复，且改善了血清学指标，对护理工作予以了肯定，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective The experiment will be aimed at the implementation of laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients, focusing on the analysis of perioperative fast track surgical nursing application effect.
Methods A total of 80 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were selected as the object. The samples were from January 2020 to December 2021, and they were divided into two comparison groups according to time. The control group received routine perioperative nursing, while the observation group received perioperative fast track surgical nursing.
Results According to the data, there were differences in postoperative recovery between the two groups, and the observation group was better than the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Meanwhile, in the comparison of serum indexes, the levels of C-reactive protein, interleukin-6 and norepinephrine in the observation group were improved more significantly, and the differences were significant (P < 0.05). Finally, in the evaluation of nursing satisfaction, the recognition of nursing work in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The perioperative fast track surgical nursing for patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy is helpful to the early recovery of the patient's condition, and improves the serological indicators, and affirmed the nursing work, which is worthy of promotion.
