Value of comprehensive nursing after skin grafting for arm burns
全面护理在手臂部烧伤植皮术后的价值

摘要

目的 手臂部烧伤的患者在接受植皮术手术之后，选择合适的护理方式进行护理。方法 实验 中选取的 60 例患者均为 2021 年 1 月-2021 年 12 月期间接受植皮术手术的手臂部烧伤患者，将患者分为人 数均等的两组，其中在常规护理的基础上接受全面护理的患者被标记为研究组，接受常规护理的患者为对 照组，对比术后护理成效。结果 （1）对于治疗效率，研究组患者的效率明显更加优异，对比差异大（p＜ 0.05）；（2）比较患者治疗之后的满意度差异，研究组患者实验室统计结果均更优，对比差异大（p＜0.05）； （3）在疼痛评分方面，在手术之前，两组患者的疼痛评分差异均不显著，在接受治疗之后，不同时间段研 究组患者的疼痛评分均更加优异（p＜0.05）。结论 对于接受植皮术手术的手臂部烧伤患者，在常规护理的 基础上加上全面护理可以取得更好的护理效果，加快患者创口的愈合速度，缓解疼痛感，在临床中可以广 泛推广。

Abstract

Objective After skin grafting surgery, the patients with arm burns should choose the appropriate nursing mode.
Methods 60 cases were selected from the experiment for January 2021 - December 2021 arm skin grafting surgery department, burn patients will equal the number of patients are divided into two groups, one on the basis of conventional nursing in patients undergoing comprehensive nursing is marked as a team, in patients undergoing routine nursing care as control group, compare the postoperative nursing effect.
Results (1) for treatment efficiency, the efficiency of patients in the study group was significantly better, and the comparison difference was large (p < 0.05); (2) By comparing the differences in patients' satisfaction after treatment, the laboratory statistical results of patients in the study group were better, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05); (3) In terms of pain score, before surgery, there was no significant difference in pain score between the two groups, but after treatment, the pain score of patients in the study group at different time periods was more excellent (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   For patients with arm burns undergoing skin grafting surgery, comprehensive nursing on the basis of routine nursing can achieve better nursing effects, accelerate the healing speed of patients' wounds, relieve pain, and can be widely promoted in clinical practice.
