集束化护理在急诊重症中暑患者中的效果

摘要

目的 分析集束化护理用于急诊重症中暑的价值。方法 对 2022 年 6 月-8 月本科接诊急诊重症 中暑病人(n=30)进行随机分组,试验和对照组各 15 人,前者采取集束化护理,后者行常规护理。对比 sf-36 评分等指标。结果 关于总有效率,试验组数据 100.0%,和对照组 80.0%相比很高(P<0.05)。关于 sf-36 评分,;在干预结束时:试验组数据(87.14±3.16)分,和对照组数据(80.53±3.92)分相比更高(P<0.05)。 关于满意度,试验组数据 100.0%,和对照组数据 73.33%相比更高(P<0.05)。关于护理质量:试验组各 项评估数据都比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论 急诊重症中暑用集束化护理,效果显著,护理质量也更好,生 活质量提升更为迅速,满意度改善更加明显。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the value of cluster nursing in emergency severe heat stroke.
Methods From June to August 2022, 30 patients (n=30) with severe heat stroke were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 15 patients in each group. The former received cluster nursing, while the latter received routine nursing. The SF-36 score and other indicators were compared.
Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 100.0%, which was higher than that of control group 80.0% (P < 0.05). Regarding the SF-36 score,; At the end of the intervention, the score of the experimental group (87.14±3.16) was higher than that of the control group (80.53±3.92) (P < 0.05). The satisfaction of the experimental group was 100.0%, which was higher than that of the control group (73.33%) (P < 0.05). About the quality of care: the evaluation data of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Cluster nursing for severe heat stroke in emergency has significant effect, better nursing quality, faster improvement of quality of life, and more obvious improvement of satisfaction.
