质量监测体系在消毒供应室器械消毒管理中的价值

摘要

目的 探究质量监测体系在消毒供应室器械消毒管理中的应用价值。方法 自 2021 年 1 月起， 本院对消毒供应室的器械消毒管理实施质量监测体系，将 2021 年 1 月-2021 年 12 月期间实施质量监测体系 的 300 件医疗器械与 2020 年 1 月-2020 年 12 月采用传统消毒管理的 300 件医疗器械作对照研究，对比实施 质量监测体系前后消毒供应室器械消毒管理的效果。结果 实施质量监测体系后，消毒供应室护理工作人员 的风险防范意识、管理器械、风险识别、环境管理的能力评分较实施前高，器械消毒不合格率、不良事件 发生率更低，医护人员对器械消毒工作的满意度评分更高，数据差异明显，P＜0.05，说明存在对比意义。 结论 分析表明，在消毒供应室器械消毒管理实施质量监测体系的应用效果显著，可有效提高器械消毒合格 率，降低不良事件发生率，提高护理人员风险识别意识，医护人员满意度更高，应用价值良好，对此管理 方案建议大力推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of quality monitoring system in disinfection management of instruments in disinfection supply room.
Methods since January 2021, the hospital has implemented a quality monitoring system for the disinfection management of instruments in the disinfection and supply room. The 300 medical instruments that implemented the quality monitoring system from January 2021 to December 2021 and the 300 medical instruments that adopted traditional disinfection management from January 2020 to December 2020 were compared in a comparative study to compare the effects of the disinfection management of instruments in the disinfection and supply room before and after the implementation of the quality monitoring system.
Results after the implementation of the quality monitoring system, the scores of the nursing staff in the disinfection supply room on risk prevention awareness, management of equipment, risk identification and environmental management ability were higher than those before the implementation, the unqualified rate of equipment disinfection and the incidence of adverse events were lower, and the satisfaction score of medical staff on equipment disinfection was higher. The data difference was obvious (P < 0.05), indicating that there was a comparative significance.
Conclusion   the analysis shows that the application of the quality monitoring system in the management of equipment disinfection in the disinfection supply room has a significant effect, which can effectively improve the qualified rate of equipment disinfection, reduce the incidence of adverse events, improve the awareness of risk identification of nursing staff, improve the satisfaction of medical staff, and have a good application value. It is recommended to vigorously promote the application of this management scheme.
