Analysis of the effect of hope theory intervention and hospice care in patients with advanced cancer
希望理论干预+安宁疗护在肿瘤晚期病人中的作用分析

摘要

目的 观察分析希望理论干预+安宁疗护在肿瘤晚期病人中的应用效果。方法 以我院肿瘤晚期 患者为例进行分析，摘选 2021.1-2022.1 期间 90 例患者，分别采用常规护理和施希望理论干预和安宁疗护方 式。比较不同干预方式在干预前后患者负性情绪评分的影响，以及不良反应发生情况、生活质量评分的差 异。结果 观察组 SAS（52.1±1.3）分、SDS（50.2±1.0）分，低于对照组 SAS（60.3±4.5）分、SDS（60.3±5.3） 分，数据显现统计意义（P<0.05)。同时，观察组患者 SF-36（53.4±4.5）分，高于对照组（48.6±4.7）分， 差异体现统计价值（P<0.05)。在临床发生不良反应方面，观察组发生率为 8.89%（4/45），低于对照组 17.78% （8/45），组间差异显著（P<0.05)。结论 经由本次分析肿瘤晚期患者，赌气实施希望理论干预+安宁疗护 措施，可帮助患者保持良好心态接受治疗、面对疾病，进而提升患者的生活质量和治疗安全性。

Abstract

Objective To observe and analyze the application effect of hope theory intervention + hospice care in patients with advanced tumor.
Methods A total of 90 patients with advanced cancer in our hospital during the period of 2021.1 to 2022.1 were selected and treated with routine nursing, hope theory intervention and hospice care. The effects of different intervention methods on patients' negative emotion score before and after intervention, as well as the occurrence of adverse reactions and the difference of quality of life score were compared.
Results The scores of SAS (52.1±1.3) and SDS (50.2±1.0) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (60.3±4.5) and SDS (60.3±5.3), and the data were statistically significant (P<0.05). Meanwhile, the score of SF-36 in the observation group was (53.4±4.5), which was higher than that in the control group (48.6±4.7), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In terms of clinical adverse reactions, the incidence of the observation group was 8.89% (4/45), which was lower than that of the control group 17.78% (8/45), and the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion  s For patients with advanced cancer, the implementation of hope theory intervention + hospice care measures can help patients maintain a good attitude to accept treatment and face the disease, and then improve the quality of life and treatment safety of patients.
