摘要
目的 探究综合性康复护理措施对矽肺并气胸患者生活质量的影响。方法 本次受试者选取时
间 2021 年 4 月到 2022 年 5 月，选取研究患者 60 人，均在我院接受矽肺治疗，将其随机分成研究组（予综
合性康复护理）、对照组（予基础呼吸道感染护理），每组 30 人，比对 2 组综合护理效果。结果 两组矽
肺患者康复护理干预前生活质量较低，研究组干预后生理功能、躯体职能均显著提升，分值高于对照组，P
值＜0.05；干预前两组矽肺并气胸患者肺功能指标较差，干预后研究组氧分压、肺活量和第 1 秒呼气量比值
明显升高，P 值＜0.05；对照组并发症（咳血、肌肉萎缩）总发生率明显低于研究组，P 值＜0.05。结论 在
矽肺并气胸患者中实施综合性康复护理手段，可以有效改善患者呼吸困难症状，强化肺功能，提高患者生
存质量。

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing measures on the quality
of life of patients with silicosis and pneumothorax. Methods The subjects were selected from the Department of
Respiratory Medicine from April 2021 to May 2022. A total of 60 subjects were randomly divided into the study
group (given comprehensive rehabilitation care) and the control group (given basic respiratory tract infection care).
There were 30 subjects in each group, and the effects of comprehensive care in two groups were compared. Results
The quality of life of the two groups of silicosis patients before rehabilitation nursing intervention was low. After
intervention, the physiological function and physical function of the study group were significantly improved, and
the score was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); Before the intervention, the pulmonary function
indexes of patients with silicosis and pneumothorax in the two groups were poor. After the intervention, the partial
pressure of oxygen, vital capacity and the ratio of the first second expiratory volume in the study group increased
significantly (P<0.05); The total incidence of complications (hemoptysis, muscle atrophy) in the control group was
significantly lower than that in the study group (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive
rehabilitation nursing in patients with silicosis and pneumothorax can effectively improve the symptoms of dyspnea,
strengthen pulmonary function and improve the quality of life of patients.
