疼痛护理联合临终关怀在晚期胃癌患者护理中的应用效果研究

摘要

目的 探究晚期胃癌病人住院治疗期间实施疼痛护理+临终关怀的效果。方法 研究时间 2021 年 5 月到 2022 年 6 月，选自院内肿瘤科，共选取研究患者 60 人，利用统计学方法进行分组，分成研究组， 使用常规肿瘤疾病护理，对照组，使用联合护理法，每组 30 人，比对最终效果。结果 研究组胃癌患者接 受临终关怀后，心理状态明显改善，抑郁、敌对和恐怖情绪评分均降低，精神病性和强迫症性评分均低于 对照组；研究组干预后疼痛评分更低。结论 在胃癌患者晚期进行全面的人文关怀和疼痛干预，可改善患者 恐惧情绪，减轻放化疗疼痛反应。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of pain nursing + hospice care for patients with advanced gastric cancer during hospitalization.
Methods the study period was from May 2021 to June 2022. A total of 60 patients were selected from the oncology department of the hospital. They were divided into two groups by statistical methods. They were divided into the study group and the control group, with 30 patients in each group. The final results were compared.
Results after receiving hospice care, the psychological state of patients with gastric cancer in the study group was significantly improved, the scores of depression, hostility and terror were decreased, and the scores of psychosis and obsessive-compulsive disorder were lower than those in the control group; The pain score of the study group was lower after the intervention; Before the intervention, the scores of quality of life were similar among the groups. After the intervention, the scores of social function and health field of the patients with gastric cancer in the study group were higher, and the average values of symptoms and single items were lower (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   comprehensive humanistic care and pain intervention in patients with advanced gastric cancer can improve the fear of patients and alleviate the pain response to radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
