摘要
目的 本研究在调查规范化培训护士的心理资本现状的基础上,分析规范化培训护士心理资本
的影响因素,探求规范化培训护士心理资本、专业生活品质和主观幸福感的相关性,为各规范化培训基地
开展人性化教育培训,促进规范化培训护士身心健康,有效提高规范化培训护士培训效果提供参考依据。
方法 将 2018 年 9 月至 2020年 6月作为研究时段,在该时段内对我院医院护士共计 102名进行调查,采用
症状自测量表以及压力源统计量表,对护理人员进行问卷调查,对最终结果进行记录,并评估护理人员的
工作压力状况。在测定完成后,在我院医院内对护理人员进行心理疏导管理,并且在疏导完成后,应用症
状自测量表对其进行评估,确认护理人员的心理压力缓解程度。结果 在本次研究结果中显示医院内护士的
心理压力来源于工作与环境最为明显,其次则为患者方面的问题。而通过有效的心理疏导管理教育,相较
于管理前,医院内护理人员的心理压力有明显减轻,管理前后差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 在医院内护士的
心理压力较大,心理健康水平较低,所以在进行管理时应当采用合适的方式进行应对,以减轻护理人员的
心理压力,以提高工作质量。

Abstract
Objective Based on the investigation of the current situation of standardized training nurses'
psychological capital, this study analyzes the influencing factors of standardized training nurses' psychological
capital, explores the correlation between standardized training nurses' psychological capital, professional quality of
life and subjective well-being, carries out humanized education and training for all standardized training bases, and
promotes the physical and mental health of standardized training nurses, Provide reference for effectively
improving the training effect of standardized training nurses. Methods Taking September, 2018 to June, 2020 as the
research period, a total of 102 nurses in our hospital were investigated during this period. Using symptom self-test
scale and stressor statistics scale, a questionnaire survey was conducted on nursing staff, the final results were
recorded, and the working pressure of nursing staff was evaluated. After the completion of the measurement, the
nursing staff were administered with psychological counseling in our hospital, and after the counseling was
completed, they were evaluated with the symptom checklist to confirm the degree of psychological stress relief of
the nursing staff. Results the results of this study showed that the psychological pressure of nurses in the hospital
came from work and environment, followed by the problems of patients. Through effective psychological
counseling and management education, the psychological pressure of nursing staff in the hospital was significantly
reduced compared with that before management, and the difference was significant before and after management
(p<0.05). Conclusion nurses in the hospital have higher psychological pressure and lower mental health level, so
appropriate ways should be adopted in management to reduce the psychological pressure of nurses and improve the
quality of work.
