Effect of preventive nursing on complications of hemodialysis internal fistula
预防性护理对血液透析内瘘并发症的影响

摘要

目的 分析预防性护理对血液透析内瘘并发症的影响。方法 以我院 2019.4~2021.4 期间进行血 液透析的 60 例患者作为本次研究对象，所选患者以临床护理差异分为对照组（实施常规临床护理）和观察 组（实施预防性护理干预），统计对比两组患者内瘘常见并发症的发生率、护理后的心理健康状态及对患 者护理服务的满意度评分。结果 观察组患者的并发症情况明显低于对照组患者（P<0.05），且与对照组比 较，观察组护理满意度（服务态度、服务技术、服务效率、服务质量、时间管理）更高（P<0.05）。护理后， 对照组患者的心理健康状态评分均明显高于观察组患者，差异均有统计意义（p＜0.05）。结论 对进行血液 透析的患者采取预防性护理干预，可有效降低内瘘并发症的发生率，并提高患者的护理满意度，值得临床 进一步推广。

Abstract

Objective to analyze the effect of preventive nursing on complications of hemodialysis internal fistula.
Methods 60 patients who underwent hemodialysis in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study. The selected patients were divided into the control group (implementing routine clinical nursing) and the observation group (implementing preventive nursing intervention) according to the difference in clinical nursing. The incidence of common complications of internal fistula, the mental health status after nursing and the satisfaction score of patients' nursing services were statistically compared between the two groups.
Results the complications of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05), and compared with the control group, the nursing satisfaction (service attitude, service technology, service efficiency, service quality, time management) of the observation group was higher (P < 0.05). After nursing, the mental health status of the patients in the control group was significantly higher than that of the patients in the observation group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   preventive nursing intervention for hemodialysis patients can effectively reduce the incidence of internal fistula complications and improve the patient's nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
