Common complications and nursing strategies of chemotherapy patients in medical oncology department
肿瘤内科化疗患者常见的并发症及护理策略

摘要

目的 对肿瘤内科化疗患者出现的常见并发症进行分析探究，并寻求相应护理策略。方法 在 2021 年 1 月~2021 年 12 月期间，选取 700 名肿瘤内科化疗患者参与本次两组对照实验。对所有患者进行遵 循随机性原则与均等性原则的分组后，采取不同的护理措施，分别为常规护理和全面护理，并对肿瘤内科 进行化疗的患者出现的常见并发症进行总结，通过患者对护理服务的满意度进行两种护理方式的讨论。结 果 实验组经护理后患者满意度为 96.00%，显著高于对照组患者 83.71%的满意度，相应数据经计算所得 P 值达到了小于 0.05 的标准。调查后发现肿瘤内科化疗患者经常出现情绪消极、胃肠道不适、脱发等并发症， 并且感染风险较大。结论 针对肿瘤内科化疗患者进行全面护理干预，可以为患者提供更好的护理服务，提 高患者对于护理服务的满意度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze and explore the common complications of patients undergoing chemotherapy in the Department of Medical Oncology, and to seek corresponding nursing strategies.
Methods From January 2021 to December 2021, 1200 patients with chemotherapy in internal oncology were selected to participate in the two groups of controlled experiments. After grouping all patients following the principle of randomness and equality, different nursing measures were taken, respectively, routine care and comprehensive care, and the common complications of patients undergoing chemotherapy in the Department of Oncology were summarized, and two modes of care were discussed through patient satisfaction with nursing services.
Results The satisfaction rate of the experimental group after nursing care was 96.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the 83.71% satisfaction of the patients in the control group, and the P value calculated by the corresponding data reached the standard of less than 0.05. After investigation, it was found that patients with internal medicine chemotherapy often had complications such as negative emotions, gastrointestinal discomfort, and hair loss, and the risk of infection was greater.
Conclusion   Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients undergoing chemotherapy in medical oncology can provide better nursing services for patients and improve patient satisfaction with nursing services.
