Effect of posture nursing based on Focus-PDCA model on patient satisfaction in patients with lumbar fusion
基于FOCUS-PDCA 模式体位护理在腰椎融合术患者中对患者满意度的效果

摘要

目的 实验将针对腰椎融合术患者实施 FOCUS-PDCA 模式体位护理，针对应用后的实际效果 做出统计分析。方法 针对 64 例腰椎融合术患者进行治疗，样本选自 2021 年 2 月至 2022 年 2 月就诊的患 者，并按照先后顺序分为 2 组，对照组为常规护理，观察组为 FOCUS-PDCA 模式体位护理，对比治疗成果。 结果 从数据可见，观察组患者在体位舒适度和体位转移安全度的达标率高于对照组，具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。同时，在护理满意度上，观察组患者以 96.88%高于对照组的 84.38%，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结 论 采用 FOCUS-PDCA 模式体位护理对于腰椎融合术患者的康复治疗效果显著，有助于保持舒适体位，取 得满意护理成效，值得在继承借鉴中发展。

Abstract

Objective This experiment will implement FOCus-PDCA posture nursing for patients with lumbar fusion, and make statistical analysis for the actual effect after application.
Methods A total of 64 patients with lumbar fusion were treated. The samples were selected from February 2021 to February 2022 and divided into two groups according to the order. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received focus-PDCA posture nursing.
Results From the data, it can be seen that the patients in the observation group in the comfort of position and position transfer safety of the standard rate was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Meanwhile, in terms of nursing satisfaction, 96.88% of patients in the observation group was higher than 84.38% in the control group, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The use of FOCus-PDCA posture nursing for lumbar fusion patients has a significant effect on rehabilitation treatment, which is helpful to maintain a comfortable position and achieve satisfactory nursing results, which is worth developing in the inheritance and reference.
