观察门诊患者实施健康教育及优质护理服务的效果

摘要

目的 实验将针对门诊患者实施健康教育及优质护理服务,针对应用后的实际效果做出统计分 析。方法 针对 80 例门诊患者进行治疗,样本选自 2020 年 1 月至 2021 年 12 月就诊的患者,并按照先后顺 序分为 2 组,对照组为常规护理,观察组实施健康教育及优质护理服务,对比治疗成果。结果 从数据可见, 观察组患者的护理服务满意度高于对照组,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。此外,观察组护理人员的关爱与服 务、职业与认知、人际与发展、自我概念平得分均高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。最后,在门诊患者 的等候时间中,可见在就诊等候、取药缴费时间以及检测等候的平均用时上,观察组短于对照组,差异显 著(P<0.05)。结论 采用健康教育及优质护理服务对于门诊患者的服务满意度提升有所帮助,护理人员的 工作更细致,服务更体贴到位,值得在继承借鉴中发展。

Abstract

Objective The experiment will be aimed at outpatients to implement health education and quality nursing services, according to the actual effect of application to make statistical analysis.
Methods A total of 80 outpatients were selected from January 2020 to December 2021 and divided into two groups according to the order. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received health education and quality nursing services, and the treatment results were compared.
Results According to the data, the nursing service satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the comparison difference was significant (P < 0.05). In addition, the scores of care and service, career and cognition, interpersonal and development, and self-concept of nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were significant (P < 0.05). Finally, in the waiting time of outpatients, it can be seen that the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group in the average time of waiting for medical treatment, the time of taking medicine and paying fees, and the average time of waiting for testing (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  s The use of health education and quality nursing service is helpful to improve the service satisfaction of outpatients. The work of nursing staff is more meticulous and the service is more considerate, which is worth developing in the inheritance and reference.
