摘要
目的 分析综合护理干预在 PCI 术后急性心肌梗死病人中的应用效果。方法 纳入我院
2019.7-2022.7 期间 80 例急性心肌梗死患者，分为 40 人一组。比较观察组、对照组患者各项临床影响，得
出综合护理和常规护理的差异。结果 观察组患者依从性（84.10±15.19）分、患者满意率 97.50%（39/40），
均高于对照组（73.33±16.79）分、80.00%（32/40），观察组（SF -36）评分比对照组好，差异具备统计含
义（P<0.05)。结论 针对急性心肌梗死患者采用 PCI 术治疗，术后配合综合护理，可改善患者生活质量，提
高其服药依从性。

Abstract
Objective TO ANALYZE THE application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in
patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI. Methods A total of 80 patients in our hospital from July, 2019
to July, 2022.7 were included and divided into 40 patients in each group. The clinical effects of observation group
and control group were compared, and the differences between comprehensive nursing and routine nursing were
obtained. Results The compliance score and patient satisfaction rate of the observation group were (84.10±15.19)
and 97.50% (39/40), which were higher than those of the control group (73.33±16.79) and 80.00% (32/40), and the
differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The score of observation group (SF-36) was better than that of
control group (P<0.05). Conclusion PCI is adopted for patients with acute myocardial infarction, and postoperative
comprehensive nursing can improve the quality of life and medication compliance of patients.
