摘要
目的 探讨综合护理用于缺铁性贫血护理中的效果。方法 将我院 2021 年 1 月-2022 年 1 月 80
例缺铁性贫血患者，双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施综合护理。比较两组护理前后
焦虑自评量表评分、生活质量评分、营养指标、护理满意度。结果 实验组焦虑自评量表评分低于对照组，
生活质量评分、营养指标高于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组， P＜0.05。结论 缺铁性贫血患者实施综合
护理效果确切，可减轻患者的焦虑情绪，改善营养状况和生活质量，提高满意度。

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing for iron deficiency anemia. Methods
A total of 80 patients with iron deficiency anemia in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were
randomly divided into two groups by double-blind method. The control group was given routine nursing, while the
experimental group was given comprehensive nursing. The scores of self-rating anxiety scale, quality of life score,
nutritional indicators and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.
Results The score of self-rating anxiety scale in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,
the quality of life score and nutrition index were higher than those in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction
was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing for patients
with iron deficiency anemia is exact, which can reduce the anxiety of patients, improve the nutritional status and
quality of life, and improve the satisfaction.
