目的 本文主要探析针对重症急性胰腺炎患者术后采取优质护理的临床价值及效果。方法 在 2020 年 1 月—2021 年 2 月期间，挑选在本院外科接受治疗的 80 例重症急性胰腺炎患者作为本院此次实验 的研究主体，并采取等量分配的方式将患者分为两组，即参照组（40 例）和研究组（40 例），并对两组患 者分别采取不同的护理方式，后对比两组患者的护理效果。结果 研究组患者护理效果比参照组较优，异常 症状发生率较少，临床陪护率及投诉率相对较低，生活质量评分与护理满意度均比参照组高，并且研究组 患者住院时间更短。结论 通过对患者进行优质护理干预，使患者的生命体征维持在正常水平，减少了异常 症状的发生，促进了患者的康复速度，同时减少了家属陪护率，使患者能够快速出院，同时提升了患者生 活质量，本科室的护理工作让患者较为满意，降低了患者投诉率，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective This article mainly explores the clinical value and effect of high-quality nursing care for patients with severe acute pancreatitis after surgery.
Methods During the period from January 2020 to February 2021, 80 patients with severe acute pancreatitis who were treated in the surgical department of our hospital were selected as the research subjects of this experiment in our hospital, and the patients were divided into two groups by equal distribution. Two groups, namely the reference group (40 cases) and the research group (40 cases), were treated with different nursing methods respectively, and then the nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared.
Results The nursing effect of the patients in the study group was better than that in the reference group, the incidence of abnormal symptoms was less, the rate of clinical escort and complaints were relatively low, the scores of quality of life and nursing satisfaction were higher than those of the reference group, and the length of stay of the patients in the study group was longer. short.
