分析系统性护理对高危妊娠孕产妇阴道分娩产后出血的护理效果

摘要

目的 探讨系统性护理对高危妊娠孕产妇阴道分娩产后出血的护理效果。方法 将我院 2020 年 2 月-2021 年 2 月 50 例高危妊娠孕产妇，双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，系统性护理组实施系统 性护理。比较两组护理前后焦虑程度、产后两小时以及二十四小时出血量以及满意度。结果 系统性护理组 焦虑程度低于对照组，产后两小时以及二十四小时出血量低于对照组，满意度高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 高 危妊娠孕产妇实施优质护理效果确切，可减轻产妇焦虑，减少产后出血。

Abstract

Objective To explore the nursing effect of systematic nursing on postpartum hemorrhage after vaginal delivery in high-risk pregnant women.
Methods Fifty pregnant women with high-risk pregnancy from February 2020 to February 2021 in our hospital were divided into two groups by double-blind random method. The control group was given routine care, and the systemic care group was given systematic care. The anxiety level before and after nursing, the amount of blood loss in the two and 24-hour postpartum hours, and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
Results The anxiety level of the systemic nursing group was lower than that of the control group, the bleeding volume in two hours and 24 hours after delivery was lower than that of the control group, and the satisfaction level was higher than that of the control group, P<0.05.
Conclusion   The high-quality nursing effect for pregnant and lying-in women with high-risk pregnancy is definite, which can reduce maternal anxiety and reduce postpartum hemorrhage.
