摘要
目的 探讨早期静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的护理干预。方法 将我院 2021 年 3 月~2022 年 3 月
50 例早期静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死患者，数字表随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施全方位
护理干预对策。比较两组护理前后神经功能缺陷评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分、护理满意程度。结果 实验
组神经功能缺陷评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分低于对照组，护理满意程度高于对照组，存在显著差异，P＜
0.05。结论 急性脑梗死早期静脉溶栓治疗患者实施全方位护理干预对策效果确切，可有效改善患者预后和
抑郁情绪，提高满意度。

Abstract
Objective To explore the early intravenous thrombolytic treatment of acute cerebral infarction
nursing intervention. Methods From March 2021 to March 2022, 50 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated
by intravenous thrombolysis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups by number table. The control
group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group carried out all-round nursing intervention
countermeasures. Neurological deficit score, Hamilton depression Scale score and nursing satisfaction were
compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results The scores of neurological deficits and
Hamilton Depression Scale in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the nursing
satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, with significant differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion Patients
with acute cerebral infarction in the early intravenous thrombolytic treatment of comprehensive nursing
intervention has a definite effect, can effectively improve the prognosis of patients, depression, improve
satisfaction.
