摘要
目的 分析将全程康复护理用于恶性骨肿瘤患者保肢治疗内对下肢功能的影响效果。方法 从
2020 年 1 月-2022 年 1 月期间院内收治的 86 例恶性骨肿瘤保肢治疗患者作为研究对象，根据对患者实施的
干预形式对其进行分组，即实验组与对照组，各 43 例。对照组内整体均接受常规护理，实验组整体均接受
全程康复护理，对比相关指标。结果 对两组患者进行干预之前，患者的负面情绪指标并不具有统计学意义，
P＞0.05。而对两组实验患者进行不同的干预之后，实验组患者的负面情绪远低于对照组，且 P＜0.05。干预
前，两组下肢功能无显著差异，P＞0.05。干预后，实验组的下肢功能显著优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 对
恶性骨肿瘤且接受保肢治疗的患者进行全程康复护理后，可以改善患者的不良情绪，提升睡眠质量，提高
下肢功能。

Abstract
Objective to analyze the effect of whole course rehabilitation nursing on lower limb function in
limb salvage therapy for patients with malignant bone tumor. Methods from January 2020 to January 2022, 86
patients with malignant bone tumor treated with limb salvage therapy were divided into experimental group and
control group, 43 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing as a whole, and the experimental
group received whole course rehabilitation nursing as a whole. The relevant indexes were compared. Results before
the intervention, the negative emotion indexes of the two groups were not statistically significant (P > 0.05). After
different interventions, the negative emotions of the patients in the experimental group were much lower than those
in the control group (P < 0.05). Before the intervention, the sleep quality indexes of the two groups were not
statistically significant (P > 0.05). After different interventions, the sleep quality of the patients in the experimental
group was much better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Before intervention, there was no significant
difference in lower limb function between the two groups (P > 0.05). After the intervention, the lower limb function
of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group (P. Conclusion after the whole
course rehabilitation nursing for patients with malignant bone tumor and receiving limb salvage treatment, it can
improve their bad mood, improve their sleep quality and improve their lower limb function.
