儿童预防接种不良反应护理干预心得体会

摘要

近年来，随着儿童疫苗的种类不断增多，儿童预防接种越来越普及，许多传染性疾病的发生 率大幅度降低，但是儿童预防接种不良反应的发生风险也随之升高，为了保障儿童预防接种的安全性，对 免疫接种后不良反应发生的护理干预要求也不断提高，儿童预防接种不良反应护理干预已成为目前儿童预 防接种相关事项关注的重点之一。因此儿童预防接种过程中发生的不良反应的护理干预是临床学者重点关 注的问题之一。为了做好儿童在预防接种的过程中出现各种不良反应的护理干预工作，提高预防接种安全 性，回顾性分析 2016 年 1 月-2020 年 12 月期间本社区卫生服务站进行儿童预防接种的 296 例儿童，预防接 种过程中有 15 例儿童发生的不良反应采取了对应的护理干预措施，均取得满意的效果。经实践证明，对儿 童预防接种中发生的不良反应，进行科学、有效的针对性护理干预措施，可一定程度减少及避免免疫规划 预防接种不良反应的发生，进一步提高了儿童预防接种的安全性。

Abstract

in recent years, with the increasing variety of children's vaccines and the increasing popularity of children's vaccination, the incidence of many infectious diseases has been greatly reduced, but the risk of adverse reactions in children's vaccination has also increased. In order to ensure the safety of children's vaccination, the requirements for nursing intervention for adverse reactions after immunization have also been raised, The nursing intervention of adverse reactions in children's vaccination has become one of the focuses of the current issues related to children's vaccination. Therefore, the nursing intervention of adverse reactions in the process of children's vaccination is one of the issues that clinical scholars focus on. In order to do a good job of nursing intervention for various adverse reactions of children in the process of vaccination and improve the safety of vaccination, a retrospective analysis was made of 296 children vaccinated in the community health service station from January 2016 to December 2020. Corresponding nursing intervention measures were taken for 15 children with adverse reactions in the process of vaccination, and satisfactory results were achieved. Practice has proved that scientific and effective targeted nursing intervention measures for adverse reactions in children's vaccination can effectively reduce and avoid adverse reactions in immunization planning, and further improve the safety of children's vaccination.
