Effect evaluation of whole course seamless nursing intervention in operating room nursing
全程无缝隙护理干预在手术室护理中的效果评价

摘要

目的 探究对手术室患者实施全程无缝隙护理干预的效果。方法 文章研究人员选取时间 2021 年 2 月到 2022 年 4 月，共选取手术室患者共 60 人，随机分成研究组、对照组，平均每组患者 30 人，比对 两组护理效果。结果 研究组病人术中用时、出血量数值更低，术后排气、下床活动时间以及总住院时长更 短，P 值小于 0.05；研究组手术患者情绪与对照组相比更加平稳，全程无缝隙护理后 SAS、SDS 评分更低， P 值小于 0.05；研究组病人术后各项生命体征与对照组相比更平稳，P 值小于 0.05；研究组术后并发症总例 数仅为 1 例，明显低于对照组，P 值小于 0.05。结论 手术室患者应用全程无缝隙护理，患者手术时间、术 中出血量明显减少，治疗舒适度提高，不良情绪得到缓解。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of whole process seamless nursing intervention on patients in operating room.
Methods the researchers selected a total of 60 patients in the operating room from February 2021 to April 2022, and randomly divided them into the study group and the control group, with an average of 30 patients in each group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
Results the study group had lower intraoperative time and bleeding volume, shorter postoperative exhaust, out of bed activity time and total length of hospitalization, P < 0.05; Compared with the control group, the mood of the patients in the study group was more stable, and the SAS and SDS scores were lower after the whole seamless nursing, with a p value of less than 0.05; The postoperative vital signs of patients in the study group were more stable than those in the control group, P < 0.05; The total number of postoperative complications in the study group was only 1, significantly lower than that in the control group, P < 0.05.
Conclusion   with the application of seamless nursing in the whole process, the operation time and intraoperative bleeding of patients in the operating room are significantly reduced, the treatment comfort is improved, and the bad mood is relieved.
