冠心病临床护理中新型健康教育护理模式的应用效果分析

摘要

目的 本文以探讨冠心病临床护理的应用价值为核心目的,并深入分析将新型健康教育护理 模式介入在护理工作中,验证其有效性。方法 此次研究对象皆来自本院收治的冠心病患者,共 90 例,研 究时间为 2021 年 1 月-2022 年 1 月期间,将所有冠心病患者分组进行对比分析,组别命名为对照组、试验 组。其中二分之一患者给予常规健康教育护理,设定为对照组,剩余患者予以新型健康教育护理,设定为 试验组,并鉴于研究的准确性、科学性,两组患者病例资料均完整,且无异样。对其实施差异性护理措施 后,对两组患者疾病认知程度、生活质量改善情况、护理满意度进行比对,并将相关数据予以整合做详细 阐述。结果 由研究结果数据可见,观察组无论在疾病认知程度、生活质量改善情况,还是护理满意度均远 远优于对照组,两组结果差异显著,通过对最后数据比对分析后 P 值低于 0.05,即对比存在意义。结论 将 新型健康教育护理运用在冠心病患者临床护理中,予以实施科学、有效的新型健康教育护理措施,其护理 人员积极热情与患者沟通,使其了解健康教育重要性,有助提升患者疾病认知程度,最大程度上改善患者 生活质量,获得患者高度认可与满意,值得全方位推广运用。

Abstract

Objective This paper aims to explore the clinical application value of clinical nursing in CHD, and to deeply analyze the effectiveness of the new health education nursing model in nursing work.
Methods The study subjects were all from 90 CAD patients admitted to our hospital, and the study period was from January 2021 to January 2022. All CAD patients were grouped for comparison and analysis, and the groups were named as control group and test group.One half of the patients were given routine health education care, set as the control group, and the remaining patients were given new health education care, set as the experimental group. According to the accuracy and scientific nature of the study, the case data of patients in both groups were complete and different.After the implementation of differential nursing measures, the improvement of disease cognition, quality of life and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared, and the relevant data were integrated and elaborated in detail.The results can be seen from the study results data that the observation group was far better than the control group in terms of disease cognition, quality of life and improvement of care satisfaction. The results between the two groups were significantly different. After the final data analysis, the P value was below 0.05, that is, the significance of comparison was significant.
Conclusion   The new health education nursing used in clinical care of patients with coronary heart disease, to implement scientific and effective new health education measures, nursing the nursing staff actively communicate with patients, make it understand the importance of health education, help improve patients' disease cognition, to the greatest extent improve the quality of life, patients highly recognition and satisfaction, is worth comprehensive application.
