Effect analysis of nurse patient communication in nursing process of aged diabetes
护患沟通在老年糖尿病护理过程中的作用效果分析

摘要

目的 分析老年糖尿病患者接受护患沟通的效果。方法 从 2020 年 1 月-2022 年 1 月区间因糖 尿病入院的老年患者内随机选择 96 例研究，根据临床干预形式将其分为不同组别，即实验组与对照组，每 组内 48 例。对照组内整体均接受常规护理，实验组联合护患沟通，对比相关指标。结果 实验组满意度优 于对照组，P＜0.05。实验组投诉几率低于对照组，P＜0.05。实验组患者的负面情绪及生活质量对比对照组 显著改善、血糖水平显著降低、健康知识掌握水平明显提高，P＜0.05。结论 对老年糖尿病患者实施常规护 理时联合护患沟通，可以改善满意度，降低投诉几率，改善不良情绪，稳定血糖，提升生活质量，让患者 掌握更多的疾病相关知识，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective to analyze the effect of nurse patient communication on elderly patients with diabetes.
Methods from January 2020 to January 2022, 96 elderly patients admitted due to diabetes were randomly selected for study. According to the form of clinical intervention, they were divided into different groups, namely the experimental group and the control group, with 48 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing as a whole, and the experimental group cooperated with nurse patient communication to compare relevant indicators.
Results the satisfaction of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The rate of complaint in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the negative emotion and quality of life of the patients in the experimental group were significantly improved, the blood glucose level was significantly reduced, and the level of mastering health knowledge was significantly improved (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   the combination of nurse patient communication during routine nursing for elderly patients with diabetes can improve satisfaction, reduce the probability of complaint, improve bad mood, stabilize blood glucose, improve quality of life, and enable patients to master more disease-related knowledge, which is worthy of clinical application.
