Application of psychological nursing in nursing of acute angle closure glaucoma
心理护理在急性闭角型青光眼护理的应用

摘要

目的 探究闭角型青光眼（急性）应用心理护理的效果。方法 研究人员选取时间 2020 年 12 月到 2022 年 3 月，共 60 人，随机分成干预组，实施心理护理；对照组，单一病情护理，每组 30 人，比对 两组青光眼病人不良情绪、住院时长、眼压变化以及疼痛程度。结果 干预组青光眼患者预后不良情绪较弱， 情绪量表评分也更低，P 值＜0.05；干预组病人总住院时长明显短于对照组，各阶段眼压和平均眼压明显更 低，P 值小于 0.05；干预组病人依从性更强，疼痛缓解有效率更高，P 值小于 0.05。结论 眼科对闭角型青 光眼（急性）患者在常规病情治疗基础上实施心理护理，可以明显缓解疼痛症状，改善病人不良情绪，调 节眼压，提高治疗有效率。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing for angle-closure glaucoma (acute).
Methods From December 2020 to March 2022, a total of 60 participants were randomly divided into the intervention group to implement psychological care; In the control group, there were 30 patients in each group. The adverse mood, length of hospital stay, changes of intraocular pressure and pain degree of glaucoma patients in the two groups were compared.
Results The patients with glaucoma in the intervention group had weaker mood and lower mood scale score (P < 0.05). The total length of hospitalization in the intervention group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, and the iOP and average iOP at each stage were significantly lower, P < 0.05. Patients in the intervention group had stronger compliance and higher pain relief efficiency, P < 0.05.
Conclusion   Psychological nursing for patients with angleclosure glaucoma (acute) on the basis of conventional treatment can obviously relieve pain symptoms, improve patients' bad mood, adjust intraocular pressure, improve the effective rate of treatment.
