规培护士的心理状态调查及需求分析

摘要

目的 调查研究规培护士的心理状态与需求。方法 将 2020 年 7 月到 2021 年 7 月期间院内的 51 例规培护士纳入研究范围,采用医院自制护士基础信息调查表、护士需求调查表、工作情况调查表、心 理状态调查量表等开展护士心理状态调查工作,对规培护士需求进行分析。结果 51 例规培护士中,大部分 规培护士在工作中可以有效控制自身情绪,但是存在抑郁、焦虑、疲劳等心理问题。规培护士对工作量、 工作强度、工作内容、增强工作自信等有着较大调整需求。结论 规培护士主要存在在抑郁、焦虑、疲劳等 心理问题,需要对对相关影响因素与护士具体需求进行分析,适当提高护士工资待遇、增加晋升机会、调 整工作内容与班次,进而改善护士心理状态。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the psychological state and needs of nurses.
Methods From July 2020 to July 2021, 51 cases of trained nurses in the hospital were included in the research scope, and nurses' psychological status was investigated by using the questionnaire of basic information of nurses, nurses' needs, work situation and psychological status, etc., to analyze the needs of trained nurses.
Results Among the 51 routine training nurses, most of them can effectively control their emotions at work, but they have psychological problems such as depression, anxiety and fatigue. Regular training nurses have great adjustment needs for workload, shift scheduling, number of workers, work content and enhancing work confidence.
Conclusion   the psychological problems of nurses in regular training mainly exist in depression, anxiety, fatigue and other psychological problems. It is necessary to analyze the relevant influencing factors and the specific needs of nurses, appropriately improve nurses' wages, increase promotion opportunities, adjust work contents and shifts, and then improve nurses' psychological state.
