摘要
目的 探讨心血管内科急性心绞痛患者的护理效果。方法 将我院 2021 年 1 月-2022 年 1 月 80
例心血管内科急性心绞痛患者，双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施全方位护理。比较
两组护理前后焦虑 SAS 评分和抑郁 SDS 评分、心绞痛 VAS 评分、护理满意度。结果 实验组焦虑 SAS 评分
和抑郁 SDS 评分、心绞痛 VAS 评分低于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 心血管内科急性
心绞痛患者实施全方位护理效果确切，可减轻患者不良情绪和缓解心绞痛，提高患者满意度，值得推广。

Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing effect of patients with acute angina pectoris in cardiovascular
medicine. Methods A total of 80 patients with acute angina pectoris in our hospital from January 2021 to January
2022 were randomly divided into two groups by double-blind method. The control group was given routine nursing,
and the experimental group was given all-round nursing. Anxiety SAS score, depression SDS score, angina VAS
score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results The
anxiety SAS score, depression SDS score and angina VAS score in the experimental group were lower than those
in the control group, and nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion The
effect of comprehensive nursing for patients with acute angina pectoris in cardiology department is accurate, which
can reduce the adverse mood of patients and relieve angina pectoris, and improve patient satisfaction, which is
worth promoting.
