Effect of nursing intervention on postoperative gastrointestinal pain and recovery process of gynecologicalpatients undergoing laparoscopic surgery
快速康复理念护理干预对妇科腹腔镜手术患者术后胃肠功能恢复疼痛及康复进程的影响

摘要

目的：探究分析快速康复理念护理干预对妇科腹腔镜手术患者术后胃肠功能恢复疼痛及康复 进程的影响。方法：选取于 2021 年 1 月至 2022 年 1 月，至我院接受妇科腹腔镜手术的患者，共 80 例，作 为本次研究对象。按照电脑盲选的方式，将 80 例患者随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用：常规护理的 护理模式进行干预。观察组采用：快速康复理念的护理模式进行干预。对比分析对照组与观察组的术后不 同时间段的疼痛情况、胃肠功能恢复程度。结果：经护理干预后，观察组在术后不同时间段的疼痛情况、 胃肠功能恢复程度以及并发症发生率方面，明显优于对照组，其中（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结 论：对妇科腹腔镜手术患者采用，快速康复理念护理干预，能够有效改善患者术后不同时间段的疼痛情况、 胃肠功能恢复程度，在临床应用中具有优良的效果，值得推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective: To explore and analyze the effect of nursing intervention with the concept of rapid recovery on postoperative gastrointestinal pain and rehabilitation process of patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery.
Methods: A total of 80 patients who received gynecological laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the object of this study. According to computer blind selection, 80 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group used: routine nursing nursing mode for intervention. The observation group was treated with the nursing mode of quick recovery. The pain and gastrointestinal function recovery of the control group and the observation group were compared and analyzed.
Results: After nursing intervention, the observation group was significantly better than the control group in terms of pain, gastrointestinal function recovery and complication rate at different time after operation (P < 0.05), the difference was statistically significant.
Conclusion  : For patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery, the concept of rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention can effectively improve the pain of patients in different periods of time after surgery, gastrointestinal function recovery degree, has excellent effect in clinical application, worthy of promotion and application.
