重症监护室患者床边气管插管临床抢救护理应用效果

摘要

目的：研究重症监护室患者床边气管插管临床抢救护理应用效果。方法：研究时间选在 2021.1 月到 2022.1 月，研究对象是这一期间我院重症监护室收治的 70 例失血性休克患者，采用随机方式，将患者 分成两组护理，研究组使用临床抢救护理措施，而常规组使用常规护理措施，对两组护理后患者的护理满 意度评分、生活质量评分、护理效果展开评定。结果：在护理有效率对比上，研究组的有效率明显高于常 规组，P＜0.05；在生活质量评分对比，研究组的生活质量评分显著优于常规组，P＜0.05；在护理满意度评 分对比，研究组的护理满意度评分明显高于常规组，P＜0.05。结论：重症监护室患者床边气管插管临床抢 救护理的应用，相较于常规护理而言，护理有效性高，可改善后续患者生活质量。

Abstract

Objective: To study the clinical rescue nursing effect of bedside endotracheal intubation in intensive care unit.
Methods: the study period was from January 2021 to January 2022. The subjects were 70 patients with hemorrhagic shock treated in the intensive care unit of our hospital during this period. The patients were randomly divided into two groups. The study group used clinical rescue nursing measures, while the routine group used routine nursing measures. The nursing satisfaction score, quality of life score and nursing effect of the patients in the two groups were evaluated.
Results: the effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the routine group (P; Compared with the scores of quality of life, the scores of quality of life in the study group were significantly better than those in the routine group (P < 0.05); Compared with the nursing satisfaction score, the nursing satisfaction score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the routine group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : the application of bedside endotracheal intubation clinical rescue nursing in intensive care unit is more effective than routine nursing, and can improve the quality of life of follow-up patients.
