Analysis of clinical effect of high quality nursing on patients with joint stiffness after limb fracture
优质护理对四肢骨折后关节僵硬患者的临床影响分析

摘要

目的：探究对四肢骨折伴关节僵硬的病人实施优质护理的影响。方法：研究受试者共 70 例， 选取时间 2021 年 1 月到 2022 年 4 月，随机分组后实施不同的护理干预措施，即优质组（受试者 35 例；予 优质护理）、对照组（受试者 35 例，予基础骨科护理），比对组间护理效果。结果：干预后优质组病人躯体 功能、职能和疼痛值均升高，情感职能和病人健康状况也更好，P＜0.05；2 组患者出院后 1 个月进行随访， 优质组关节功能优良率明显更高；病人骨折断端愈合时间更快，住院总时长更短（P＜0.05）。结论：针对四 肢骨折伴僵硬病人，住院期间全程实施优质护理可以提升患者的恢复效率，改善患肢关节功能，提高预后 生存质量。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of quality nursing on patients with limb fracture and joint stiffness.
Methods: a total of 70 subjects were studied. From January 2021 to April 2022, they were randomly divided into two groups and implemented different nursing interventions, namely, the high-quality group (35 subjects; given high-quality nursing) and the control group (35 subjects, given basic orthopaedic nursing). The nursing effects between groups were compared.
Results: after the intervention, the physical function, function and pain value of the high-quality group were increased, and the emotional function and health status of the patients were also better (P < 0.05); The two groups were followed up one month after discharge. The excellent and good rate of joint function in the high-quality group was significantly higher; The healing time of the fracture end was faster and the total length of hospitalization was shorter (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : for patients with limb fracture and stiffness, the implementation of high-quality nursing during hospitalization can improve the recovery efficiency of patients, improve the function of affected limb joints, and improve the quality of prognosis and life.
