The effect of acupuncture point patches in patients with psychiatric constipation is studied
穴位贴敷应用于精神科便秘患者的效果研究

摘要

目的：讨论研究在抗精神病药物所致便秘患者中开展穴位贴敷护理工作的价值作用。方法： 将 2020 年 12 月到 2021 年 12 月期间院内的 68 例抗精神病药物所致便秘患者纳入研究范围，利用随机分配 法划分为两组——对照组（患者接受常规基础护理工作）、观察组（患者接受穴位贴敷护理工作），收集两 组排便通畅、排便欠佳、排便不畅情况并进行综合分析。结果：观察组整体患者排便通畅发生率明显高于 对照组、排便不畅率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；两组排便欠佳发生率差异不存在统计学意义（P>0.05）。观 察组的排便时间显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：在抗精神病药物所致便秘患者中 开展穴位贴敷护理工作，能够促进排便顺畅，可以有效降低便秘率。

Abstract

Objective: To discuss the value of acupuncture point patch nursing in patients with constipation caused by antipsychotic drugs.
Methods: From December 2020 to December 2021, 68 patients with constipation caused by antipsychotic drugs in the hospital were included in the scope of the study, and the random allocation method was divided into two groups- the control group (the patient received routine basic nursing work) and the observation group (the patient received acupuncture point patch nursing work), and the two groups of unimpeded bowel movement, poor defecation and poor defecation were collected and comprehensively analyzed.
Results: The incidence of defecation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of defecation was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), and there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of poor defecation between the two groups (P>0.05). The stool time of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The nursing work of acupuncture point patch in patients with constipation caused by antipsychotic drugs can promote smooth defecation and effectively reduce the rate of constipation.
