院外延续护理对鼻咽癌化疗患者的影响

摘要

目的：探讨院外延续护理对鼻咽癌化疗患者的影响。方法：鼻咽癌患者，选取 2020 年 9 月至 2021 年 9 月入住本科室的 80 例作为研究对象，其临床资料完善。按照盲选法将患者分为对照组（n=40）和 观察组（n=40）。两组均实施化疗干预，且具备出院标准。对照组患者出院后予以电话随访、定期来院检 查和治疗的干预措施；观察组患者在对照组的基础上，实施院外延续护理干预。以随访的方式，对患者出 院后 3 个月的心理状况（焦虑评分、抑郁评分）和生活质量进行评估。结果：观察组患者在出院后的焦虑 评分和抑郁评分低于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的生活质量评分相较于对照组更高，差异 显著（P＜0.05）。结论：对鼻咽癌化疗患者实施院外延续护理干预，可改善患者不良情绪，提高患者生活 质量。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the influence of out-of-hospital continuous nursing on patients with nasopharyngeal cancer chemotherapy.
Methods: A total of 80 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma who were admitted to the undergraduate department from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the study subjects, and their clinical data were improved. Patients were divided into control group (n=40) and observation group (n=40) by blind selection method. Both groups received chemotherapy intervention and had discharge criteria. Patients in the control group were followed up by telephone, regularly come to the hospital for examination and treatment after discharge. Observation group patients in the control group on the basis of continuing nursing intervention outside the hospital. Patients' psychological status (anxiety score, depression score) and quality of life were assessed 3 months after discharge with follow-up.
Results: The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The score of quality of life in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : Continuing nursing intervention for nasopharyngeal cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy can improve their bad mood and quality of life.
