Effect of humanistic care in nursing care of elderly patients with coronary heart disease
人文关怀理念应用于老年冠心病患者护理中的效果

摘要

目的：探讨在冠心病老年病患治疗中应用人文关怀理念施护的干预意义。方法：试验者是 2021.04 至 2022.04 在医院治疗的冠心病老年病患人数共 90 例，采取随机数字表法分组，一组设为对照组，病例数 为 45 例，采用常规护理，另一组设为观察组，组间病患数量为 45 例，采用人文关怀护理，比对组间情绪 变化、遵医行为及满意度指标差异。结果：观察组病患焦虑情绪与抑郁情绪评分比对照组病患低，P＜0.05； 观察组病患规范用药、规律饮食、坚持运动及情绪控制评分比对照组病患高，P＜0.05；观察组病患施护总 满意度比对照组病患高，P＜0.05。结论：治疗中以人文关怀理念进行干预，可对老年病患不良情绪进行有 效改善，同时还能进一步增强病患遵医行为，提升其对于医疗服务认可度，适宜应用。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the intervention significance of humanistic care in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.
Methods: the subjects were 90 elderly patients with coronary heart disease who were treated in the hospital from April 2021 to April 2022. They were divided into groups by random number table method. One group was set as the control group, with 45 cases, using routine nursing, and the other group was set as the observation group, with 45 patients between the groups, using humanistic care. The differences in emotional changes, medical compliance behavior and satisfaction indicators between the groups were compared.
Results: the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P; The scores of standardized medication, regular diet, persistent exercise and emotional control in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05); The total satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : the intervention with the concept of humanistic care in treatment can effectively improve the bad mood of elderly patients, further enhance the patients' compliance behavior, and enhance their recognition of medical services, which is suitable for application.
