人性化护理在小儿疝气术后疼痛护理中的作用研究

摘要

目的：探究小儿疝气疾病围手术期应用人性化护理对术后疼痛的影响。方法：研究受试者共 36 例，选取时间 2020 年 12 月到 2022 年 3 月，随机分成观察组（受试者 20 人；予人性化护理）、对照组 （受试者 16 人；予基础小儿疝气护理），比对患儿睡眠、疼痛指数和术后并发症。结果：观察组患儿干预 前睡眠质量均不佳，术后 2 组睡眠情况均改善，观察组得分更低（P＜0.05）；观察组除术前疼痛指数一项， 其余各阶段疼痛值明显更低；观察组小儿术后并发症发生率为 0.00%，明显低于对照组发生率，P 小于 0.05。 结论：在小儿疝气围手术期的护理中加入人性化干预措施，可以提高患儿的治疗舒适度和依从性，缓解术 后疼痛，改善夜间睡眠质量。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of humanistic nursing on postoperative pain in children with hernia during perioperative period.
Methods: a total of 36 subjects were studied. From december2020 to March 2022, they were randomly divided into observation group (20 subjects; humanized nursing) and control group (16 subjects; basic pediatric hernia Nursing). Their sleep, pain index and postoperative complications were compared.
Results: the sleep quality of the children in the observation group was poor before the intervention, and the sleep of the two groups improved after the operation, and the score of the observation group was lower (P < 0.05); In the observation group, except for the preoperative pain index, the pain values in other stages were significantly lower; The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was only 6.25% (2 cases), significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : humanistic intervention in the perioperative nursing of children with hernia can improve the treatment comfort and compliance of children, relieve postoperative pain and improve the quality of sleep at night.
