Study on the nursing effect and quality of life of patients with permanent colostomy after rectal canceroperation by comprehensive nursing intervention
综合性护理干预对直肠癌术后永久性结肠造口患者护理效果及生活质量的研究

摘要

目的：探讨综合性护理干预对直肠癌术后永久性结肠造口患者护理效果及生活质量的效果。 方法：将我院 2021 年 1 月-2022 年 1 月 80 例直肠癌术后永久性结肠造口患者，双盲随机法分二组。对照组 给予常规护理，实验组实施综合性护理干预。比较两组护理前后自我效能、生活质量评分、护理满意度、 造口水肿、造口坏死、造口周围炎等并发症发生率。结果：实验组自我效能、生活质量评分高于对照组， 护理满意度高于对照组，造口水肿、造口坏死、造口周围皮肤并发症等并发症发生率低于对照组，P＜0.05。 结论：直肠癌术后永久性结肠造口患者实施综合性护理干预效果确切，可提高患者自我效能，减少并发症 的发生，提高患者的生活质量和满意度。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the nursing and quality of life of patients with permanent colostomy after rectal cancer surgery.
Methods: from January 2021 to January 2022, 80 patients with permanent colostomy after rectal cancer surgery were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing, while the experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The self-efficacy, quality of life score, nursing satisfaction, stoma edema, stoma necrosis, peristoma inflammation and other complications were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.
Results: the scores of self-efficacy and quality of life in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group. The incidence of complications such as stoma edema, stoma necrosis and peristoma inflammation was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with permanent colostomy after rectal cancer surgery is accurate, which can improve patients' self-efficacy, reduce complications, and improve patients' quality of life and satisfaction.
